1. The capital of a limited company consists of share units whose fixed value is 10 cent, 25 cents, 50 cents, one ringgit or other value. The value of each share unit is called the nominal value, par value.
Types of Shares
1. Most limited companies have only one type of shares, which are ordinary shares. However, there are also companies whose capital consists of two types of shares, namely preference shares and ordinary shares.
